I am going to have a 70 dollar refund going back to AG of numerous items-I would love to spend it on AG 25, which is 87. To make up the 17 dollar difference, do I include the money via check in with the items? Also, I live in NJ, so will there be sales tax added to the new item? How much would shipping be.

    Thanks

I was amazed at how easy my exchange was. I just boxed everything up with a carefully filled out return slip, and included a check for the difference. They took my Felicity coupon too.It took about 21 days total from the time I mailed my package back to AG until my new lil' sweetie was in my arms.

Shipping is dirt cheap! Wow, I could not believe it. Shipping is 5% of the subtotal (the difference you owe) My shipping for a doll, with $51.90 in credit + the $10 off coupon was only 1.76! AND they sent me a check for .56 cents for an overpayment.

The return form you use when you send items back is on the back side of your shipping invoice - or you can print a new form by going to Customer Service on the AG website. That form will help you figure out everything from the total dollar amount of what you are returning to the total dollar amount of what you want in exchange to the shipping (which really is low!) to the sales tax for your own state if you live in an AG taxable state. You can send a check for what you owe them or there is a place on the form for you to include credit card info if you would rather pay that way. They really make it easy and painless!
